Both the parties are present.

The Complainant submits that he is agreed to settle the dispute on the condition that the OP shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- to him. The OP, Desun College of Nursing, Rajarhat, Kolkata agreed through his Ld. Advocate to pay  Rs.5000/- to the Complainant.

Hence, It is

Ordered

That the complaint case No.33/2023 be and the same is disposed of through settlement before the Lok Adalat on condition that the OP shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- to the Complainant himself Soumoshree Deb through account payee cheque  within 30 days from the date of passing the order failing which the awarded money will carry an interest @ 10 % from the date of this order till the date of its realization.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
