18. 18.12.2015:  The Complainant being present through his A/R filed a memo stating that the Ops have filed counter in a belated stage challenging the territorial jurisdiction of this Fora to adjudicate the dispute in as much as neither any part of cause of action arises nor any of the Ops reside within the territorial justice diction of this Fora. In view of above facts, the complainant does not want to continue with this case by consuming more time but wishes to not press the present case to file a fresh case in appropriate Forum having territorial jurisdiction. The Ops filed petition praying time.

                Perused the memo. As the Complainant wishes to not press the present case for filing a fresh case in the appropriate Fora, we close this case against the Ops and the Complainant is at liberty to file fresh case in the appropriate Forum having territorial Jurisdiction.
