      This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri B.Viswanath Advocate for the complainant and Sri G.Seetharama Rao, Advocate for the 2nd Opposite Party and the 1st Opposite Party called absent and set exparte and after perusing the material papers on record and after hearing the arguments of both sides, the Forum delivered the following:

20.06.2014:

          Counsel for 2nd opposite party filed

full satisfaction memo along two cheques bearing Nos.382329 dt.28.05.2014 for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and No.384587 dt.10.06.2014 for sum of Rs.3,000/- and praying this Forum to receive the said two Cheque and record full satisfaction in the interest of justice.

          Other side notice is given who endorsed that notice taken.

          Memo Recorded.

          Counsel for complainant also filed a memo stating that the above case is settled out of Forum and 2nd opposite party deposited an amount of Rs.1,03,000/- before this Hon’ble Forum and the same may be recorded.

          In view of the above memos filed by both parties, the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum, without costs.
