In spite of several opportunities were given to the complainant, the complainant didi not turn up to clarify the doubt i.e. the complainant has claimed to refund the F.D.amount of Rs.85,125/- in the prayer column, but he has not produced any supportive documents in that regard. On persual of the F.D.receipt, the claimed amount is not matching with the F.D. receipt, the name of the husband of the complainant shows Mudalagiriyya, but in the cause title of the complaint, it shows shivalingaiah. The complainant knows the same while clarifying on 07/07/2023, But Subsequently the complainant or his counsel did not turn up . It shows the complainant is no interested in prosecuting his case. Hence, the complaint is dimissed for non-proescution.
