AWARD

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 03.09.2024, the ld. Counsel for the OPs Stated that the OP has already provided earmarked parking to Flat No.3337 to the complainant and the OP undertakes to fix Number Plate of the parking on the Wall, as per approved Site Plan (Ann.R-2) within 7 days failing which the OP shall be liable to pay compensation to the complainant to the tune of Rs.10,000/- and the complainant can get the order executed.” 

2]        The ld. Counsel for the complainant also stated vide his separate statement of the even date admitted the aforesaid statement of the ld. Counsel for the OPs and withdraws the complaint being fully settled and it be disposed off accordingly.

3]        In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

1. The OP is directed to fix Number Plate of the parking on the Wall in respect of the already provided earmarked parking to Flat No.3337 of the complainant, as per approved Site Plan (Ann.R-2) within 7 days from 3.9.2024, failing which the OPs shall be liable to pay compensation to the complainant to the tune of Rs.10,000/-.

4]   The award is accordingly passed.

5]   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
