The complaint is allowed and direct the OP
regional provident commissier, Karnataka
to recover Rs.800 from the employer 
that SIT and pay interest on Rs.800 at 12 PERCENT p.a. 
From 1.11.1986 to the date of payment 
within three months from the date of 
receipt of this order
the OP-Regional Provident Commissioner
Karnatka Circle shall also pay a compenstion 
together with costs a sum of Rs.2,000
within 3 months from the date of receipt
of this order to the complaint.
