This case stands admitted on 21.09.2016 with a direction to file requisite for issuance of notice against the opposite party. But further, it appears that on 27.04.2017, on behalf of opposite party Ashutosh Jha said to be the service incharge submitted that he is ready to provide new mobile to the complainant. But further, it appear that complainant and opposite party both are absent. The regular absence of the complainant shows that either the grivance of complainant has been redressed or he has got no interest in this case. It is obvious that five years have left since 27.04.2017 as indicated above. Under the aforesaid reason, this complaint case dismissed.
