ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.21,000/- from the 1st respondent together with Rs.12% p.a. from 15.2.96 till the date of realisation, together. The 1st respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.21,000/- to the complainant together with interest at 12% p.a. from 15.02.1996 till the date of its payment together with Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings. The complaint against the 2nd respondent is hereby dismissed without costs. Further the complaint so for as the other reliefs prayed for this case is also dismissed. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D.
