ORDER

Only Advocate for opposite party appears and prays for time. There is no sufficient ground to grant further time. The request for further time is refused. ORDER Complaintn is filed for non payment of the maturity value of the N.S.Cs. issued to the complainant. The opposite party has filed version denying that opposite party has committed any deficiency of service. The maturity value of the N.S.Cs has been paid to complainant on 5/8/1992. We do not see any unreasonable delay in payment of the amount. Complainant has not adduced any evidence to prove that opposite party has committed deficiency of service. In the circumstances the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
