Order no.  14, dt. 25.7.2022

Today is fixed for hearing.

Mr. Baidyanath Maiti, staff of the postal department is present and pointed out that the GP who is appearing on behalf of the Govt. is busy in another case at Chandannangore Court and for that reason time petition has been filed.

This prayer is not moved by AGP for the Govt. side.

It is now 2:30 pm. So, this prayer is rejected.

Both sides are directed to get ready within 2:45 pm. otherwise necessary order as per law.

Later, dt. 25.7.2022

After passing of the aforesaid order ld. GP for op no. 2 appeared and pointed out that the deduction of TDS has been stated in the F-16 and it has also been uploaded in the website.

It appears that the D/hr. is not taking any steps since 3.11.2021 and even today the D/hr. is found absent at 3 pm.

No steps has been taken and on call D/hr. is found absent.

All these factors are clearly depicting that the D/hr. is not interested to proceed with this execution case and so this execution case is dropped.

No order is passed as to costs.
