            The complainant takes no steps. She is not taking any step since long. In such a situation Ld. Advocate for the complainant who is present today in Court, on asking  submits that he has got no instruction from the complainant. He adds that he apprehends that the complainant is not interested to proceed further with this case. Thus, the conduct of the complainant suggests that  she is not interested to proceed further with this case. The case is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

            Hence, it is

that CC/590/2017 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
