This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay the loss incurred for a sum of Rs.15,000/- of parcel, Postage Charge Rs.3,863/- and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and deficiency in service to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel called absent for a long time.   The opposite party’s Counsel present.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
