COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

Quorum:        Mr. Dharam Pal, President.

      Mrs.Anita Kapoor, Member.

      Mr.Anil Sharma, Member.

 

Present:          Complainant in person.

                        Mr.Rajesh Kumar, authorized representative for the Ops.

 

                       

Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the parties. At this stage, complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now he has no grievance against the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.       

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
