ORDER

A petition has filed by the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the complainant mentioning in that the opposite party of the case i.e. Post Office, Dhurwa has agreed to pay Rs. 15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand ) in favour of the complainant as per the order passed in consumer complaint No. 06/2023 on dated 09.05.2023.

The Ld. Counsel in the above mentioned facts has submitted to recall the date of this case and dispose the case accordingly.

Heard the Ld. Counsel put on 29.02.2024 for order on the petition filed by the Ld. Counsel of the complainant.

 

The case record put up today. Perused the petition filed by the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the complainant on dated 28.02.2024. From going through the petition and also after perusing the case record we find that this execution case has been filed by the complainant namely Sunil Kumar Das against the Post Master, Dhurwa Post Office Ranchi. This execution case has been filed against the opposite party for non-compliance of the order by the opposite party of this case and it is prayed to direct the opposite party to pay the compensation as per the order passed in consumer complaint No. 06/2017. The Ld. Counsel by filing the petition on 28.02.2024 has submitted that the opposite party i.e. Post Office Dhurwa, Ranchi has agreed to satisfy the order passed in complaint case No.06/2017 and in the light of recent development the complainant wants to withdraw this execution case and has prayed to dispose of accordingly.

 

      Heard the Ld.Counsel on behalf of the complainant and also perused the petition filed on 28.02.2024. As  the matter has amicably settled outside of the court and the opposite party i.e. Post Master, Postal Department Dhurwa Post Office Ranchi has complied the order passed in consumer complaint No.06/2017 dated 09.05.2023.

 

The Photo copy of Cheque of Rs. 15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand) issued in favour of the complainant by the opposite party, Post Office has also filed. Therefore,  for the ends of justice the petition filed by Ld.Counsel on behalf of the complainant, which is also signed by complainant namely Sunil Kumar Das is hereby allowed and this execution case filed by the complainant against the opposite party i.e. Post Office is hereby disposed of in the above noted facts and terms taken place between the parties.
