Learned counsel for O.P is present and filed a memo stating therein that the complainant has already received his entitlement form the O.P so also the complainant has withdrawn the amount form his Passbook , Accordingly , the case may be dropped in support of his memo the learned counsel for the O.P filed the true copy of sanction letter vide No.INV /88-180/2023 (Claim) dt.11.08.2023 issued from the office of Deptt. of Post , India , Office of the Post Master General , Berhampur Region, Berhampur and copy of A/C statement of the complainant vide A/C No.0960535372 stand in the name complainant S.C Dash . Said memo and documents are taken into record be formed as part of this order.

It is found that the complainant is remaining absent consistently to receive the above said memo and documents filed by the O.P . It presumed that the complainant is not interested to proceed any more in this complaint. Hence, this complaint is dismissed against the O.ps for non-prosecution.
