Order dt.31/07/2017.

                        The present disputes arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service against afore mentioned O.Ps for non-payment of N.S.C maturity amount to the complainant.

                        The complainant filed a memo stating therein that the O.P. has credited the due amount in his S.B. account No.761787297 on Dt.10.04.2017 the matter has been settled out of the forum before passing award by this forum. The amount credited in the S.B account of the complainant with full satisfaction and prayed to drop the case as he does not want to proceed further with this case.

                      We perused the memo file by the complainant. The memo is allowed.

                      Accordingly the case is dropped as not pressed by the complainant. Parties are left to bear their own cost.
