One A/C payee cheque No. 742199 dt.29/10/2015 for Rs.10,000/- in favor of Dipak Banerjee is handed over to the Dhr as final payment of decree.

In the premises Manager (HR/OPR) Garden Reach Ship Builders and Engineers Ltd. 43/46 Garden Reach Road is directed to give all sorts of relief to Shri Dipak Banerjee by giving such appointment against such recruitment on the ground said person won in the battle up to National Commission proving deficiency and negligence of the Postal Department about belated service of letter of trade test of you establishment when is being further harassed by your department.

So the Manager (HR/OPR) Garden Reach Ship Builders and Engineers Ltd to take such all prompt step at once by giving the ill fated Dipak Banerjee for his recruitment finally.
