The authorised person of the O.P.and the learned counsel for the compt is personal. The authrised person and the id counsel for the compt. filed a joint petition to closed the case as with drown on the ground stated the claim of the compt.has been competed and he has no objiction for withdrown of the case.The id counsel for the compt. has signed on the petition endorsing with “no objiction” Since the compt has no objiction for withdraw of the case and the O.P.s have already complied his demand, the prayer for with drowal is allowed.

The case is with drow and close but with out any liberty to the compt to file fresh case this couse of action.
