On the prayer of the complainant, record is put up today before this Forum. At this stage complainant files a verified petition praying for dismissal of the present case on the ground stating that the case had already been compromised with the Ops out of court, amicably. So she does not want to proceed with the present case further.

Perused the present application. Heard. Considered and the instant application is allowed.

Consequently the instant case is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost.

            Let plain copies of this order be furnished to the parties forthwith free of cost.
