The advocate for complainant is present and files a petition praying for withdrawal the case along with files Aadhar card of complainant in xerox. In view of the petition of complainant the matter has been settled between the both the parties amicably out side the Commission and complainant has no grievance/objection against the O.Ps. Under the above circumstances, the case of the complainant is here by withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
