ORDER   Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-       Opposite party called absent.   Complainant present and endorsed on the complaint “Settled out of court. Complaint may be dismissed.”    In addition to it the complainant also filed memo to the following effect:             “I Vamaraju Subba Rao S/o Ramabrahmam residing at Addanki, Prakasam district, with drawing the complaint against Positive Homeopathy rep. by its Manager, since the amount Rs.6,000/- and expenses Rs.1000/- i.e., total Rs.7,000/- paid back by the respondent Positive Homeopathy.             Hence I pray the Hon’ble Forum may please permit me to withdraw the complaint”.             In view of the said endorsement and memo the complaint is dismissed as settled. No costs.       This the 9th day of January, 2014.
