Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present and he prays for furnishing documents.  

On perusal of the complaint petition and annexure thereto, it appears that the complaint petition suffers from some documents which are the fulcrum for admitting the same as well as for adjudication of the matter. In spite of espial opportunities the complainant has failed to file such documents.  Moreover, the consumer complaint has filed by the complainant on 07.08.2024 and as such 21 days have already been over today and hence, prayer for time of the complainant cannot be allowed.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to admit the instant consumer complaint in its present form and as such the same is rejected accordingly.

However, liberty is given to the complainant to file the consumer compliant on the same cause of action in appropriate Commission or court of law, if so advised, and if not, otherwise barred by law.
