Complainant files hazira and present in person too. Ld. Counsel for O.P-Passport Office Mr. Sangram Kumar Singh files hazira. In due compliance of last order the Passport granting Officer of O.P-Passport Office present in person and submitted that hence forward there is no legal barrier left with Passport Office to grant Passport to Complainant-Passport applicant Sk. Salam.  

                                  Upon such submission of O.P, the complaint is allowed and accordingly, O.P is directed to issue Passport of the Complainant by tomorrow i.e. 01.10.2014 subject to presence of Complainant in Passport Office in person. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed and disposed off
