Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel. Heard. The complainant produced some documents also. The opposite party also requested time for producing some documents. The opposite party is ready to issue the Ownership Certificate and the permit for the building. They have already prepared the documents after getting the sale deed of the property of the complainant. So the opposite party is directed to issue the permit and the ownership of the complainant's building within 7 days. The counsel for the opposite party submitted that the fund for the building of the house is sanctioning by the Block Panchayath and the Grama Sabha is not the authority for the same but the opposite party is not standing on the way.
Hence the petition closed with a direction to the opposite party to issue the Ownership Certificate and permit for the complainant's building within 7 days.
