The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non available benefits from the BPL cards  for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On being noticed the O.Ps are  appeared and submitted that after receipt of  noticed   they have  given   benefits  to the complainant as per Govt. norms.

The complainant also  present and submitted  that  in the instant case he is not  interested to proceed the case  further. 

Accordingly the case is closed.
