Today the case is fixed for appearance by the complainant and hearing on withdrawl petition. The complainant is absent today on call. The Forum has been sent notice to the complainant by Regd. with A/D through the Postal Deptt. for appearance and hearing the withdrawl petition but the complainant did not appear before the Forum and fails to press his withdrawl petition, for which the complaint petition is dismissed for default.

Accordingly the case is disposed of as dismissed for default.
