          Sri D.K. Panda , the husband of the complainant , representing the complainant submitted that, he had purchased a Godrej  Refrigerator, from the O.P. on dt. 22.03.2017 and the said product is warranted for a period of  one year. It is a also submitted that , The case is within the period of Limitation of 2 year. Perused the complainant petition and documents filed by the complainant . Admittedly the defect in the  refrigerator is after the warranty period and hence the O.P. owner has no liability to provide defect free service to the complainant. Hence the complainant petition does not disclose a consumer case against the O.P. owner.

                     Accordingly the case is dismissed as not admitted.

           Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  20^th   day of   March  2019.
