The matter has been settled by and between the parties outside the court and the cheque No.167116, dated 04/03/2015 of Rs.6,900/- (Six thousand nine hundred) only has been deposited. The D.Hr. Souratirtha Misra is receiving the cheque of Rs.6,900/-(Six thousand nine hundred) only in presence of both the parties.
