This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to  refund a sum of Rs.330/- towards computer articles and to pay a sum of Rs.3,99,500/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost of Rs.99,970/- to the complainant.

 

Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint.   The complainant called absent for a long time.    Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
