ORDER

Today the matter is fixed for admission hearing.

Mr. Krishnadhan Nath, complainant himself has appeared in person and submitted that due to mistake some documents could not be submitted along with the complaint petition by way of Firisti, though mentioned in the complaint petition. Thus, he wants to withdraw the complaint petition with a liberty to file afresh. He has also made a prayer to allow him to withdraw the original documents submitted by him by way of Firisti along with complaint petition after submission of photocopy of those documents.

Prayer for withdrawal is allowed.

Accordingly, the instant complaint petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh, if so advised. Complainant may be allowed to take back the original documents submitted by him along with complaint petition after submission of copy of those original documents.
