Statement of Mukand Kaur Wd/o of Sh.Bikkar Singh, resident of Patti Kaura, Village Dhapali, Tehsil Phul, Distt. Bathinda on oath.
Stated that I have received cheque No.429865 dated 04.02.2011 amounting Rs.45,000/- drawn on Punjab National Bank, Bathinda from Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. i.e. Opposite party No.1 as full and final settlement of my claim. Therefore, I withdraw my complaint as fully satisfied.
