Matter has been stuck at the stage of admission since December, 2021 fir last close to two years and complainant was directed to satisfy the Bench on the maintainability of the complaint on grounds of territorial jurisdiction since the residence of the complainant is in south district and OPs at Asaf Ali Road, Rohtak and Ambala Cant. However, neither complainant appeared nor pursued the matter or address arguments on maintainability. In view of all of which case is dismissed in default for non prosecution non compliance and maintainability. File be consigned to record room.
