          The complainant has filed farmer insurance claim for accidental arose under the scheme of Gopinath Munde farmer accident insurance scheme. As per the reply filed by Taluka Krushi Adhikari at para No. 6, it is submitted that the claim for the farmer has to be submitted before National Insurance Company.  The complainant filed a claim against the oriental insurance Co./OP No. 1. The OP No. 1 filed an application for deleting the name of oriental insurance company/OP No. 1. No liability arose in case of accident of farmer under the policy of OP No. 1. Therefore the case is dispose of and complainant has given liberty to file fresh.
