ORDER

Order dt.10/08/2005 The complaint is partly allowed. The O.P. is hereby directed to settle the claim of the complainant to the tune of Rs.34,207/- and 12% interest there on from the date when the complainant became eligible for the same till its realisation and make payment accordingly to the complainant and it is further ordered that the O.P. to pay Rs.1000/- as cost of this proceedings and Rs.1000/- as damages to the complainant with in sixty days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member. sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member.
