This complaint is coming on this day for orders in the presence of Sri.S.Vinod Kumar, Advocate for petitioner and respondents called absent and upon perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following.

PP Advanced from 23-12-2014 to 19-12-2014 as per order made in IA.65-2014 in PP 25-2010 dated 19-12-2014. Parties represented they effected compromise in the matter. P.S. for Rs.2,55,110/- (Two lakhs fifty five thousand and one hundred and ten only) filed. P.S. recorded. The petitioner is at liberty to file separate check application for the remaining amount of Rs.25,000/- after receipt of the amount from State Commission, Hyderabad and file P.S. Memo. There is no need to continue this PP still further. Hence this PP is closed as P.S. recorded as mentioned above.
