File taken up afternoon. The complainant has made statement and agreed to accept Rs. 8,48,000/- as offered by the Oriental Insurance Company – opposite party No. 1 vide letter dated 6.7.2015(Ex. CX). The complainant has agreed to perform his part. He has stated that in case the insurance company – opposite party No. 1 did not release the amount within 30 days after fulfillment of conditions on his part, then interest as fixed by this Forum be allowed on the above said amount till its realization from the date of this order. He has also stated that he withdrawn this complaint being fully satisfied.

Sh. D.K. Kondura Advocate ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 has already made statement authenticating the letter dated 6.7.2015(Ex. CX). It is also stated that in case the complainant fulfills 9 conditions as mentioned in the letter dated 6.7.2015( now Ex. CX) then insurance company-opposite party No. 1 would release the amount of Rs. 8,48,000/- within 30 days. In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn vide detailed order of even date passed separately.  Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
