                None is present for the appellant. Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal shows that though the appellant filed the appeal as back as on 23/11/2010, but the appellant has not removed the office objections recorded by the Registrar Legal. This Commission also issued separate notice dated 13/12/2016 to the appellant to remove the office objections within 15 days otherwise appeal will be placed before the Bench for order. The said notice has been duly served to the appellant as seen from the acknowledgment received duly signed by the appellant. This Commission also displayed a notice dated 03/02/2017 on notice board of this Commission informing the concerned parties and their Advocates to remove the office objection within 15 days. However till this date neither the appellant appeared nor removed the office objection. The Registrar submitted the report that office objection is not yet removed. We are thus satisfied that the appellant is not interested in prosecution the appeal. Hence appeal is dismissed in default.
