      This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri B.Viswanath Advocate for the complainant and Sri G.Seetharama Rao, Advocate for the 1^st Opposite Party and Sri  L.K.Sudheendranath, Advocate for the 2^nd  Opposite Party and after perusing the material papers on record and after hearing the arguments of both sides, the Forum delivered the following:

DOCKET ORDER

04.06.2014:

          Counsel for complainant filed full satisfaction memo stating that the complainant received the amount towards full and final quit in the above matter and he will not make any claim against  the opposite parties in future for the same relief in this court or in any other competent court. Hence, the complainant prayed to record full satisfaction memo in the case and terminate the complaint as settled out of Forum, in the interest of justice.

          In view of the above memo filed by counsel for the complainaint, the complaint is dismissed without costs, as settled out of Forum.
