Present: Sh. Vikrant Singh Chauhan, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

               Sh. Parmod Gupta, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                        Counsel for the complainant stated that he does not want to pursue the present complaint as another claim petition filed by the complainant before the Hon’ble M.A.C.T, Yamuna Nagar has been decided in favour of the complainant. Thus, he wants to withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
