2.   The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. through its Regional Manager, Regional Office, SCO 109-111, Sector-17 D, Chandigarh.

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, the counsel for the complainant by making a separate statement states that he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
