ORDER

The counsel for the complainant has stated that  the complainant had submitted all the documents with his claim form (Annexure C-6) dated 20.6.2017 .  However, the  OP  has failed to decide the claim of the complainant.  Almost one year has lapsed since the filing of the claim but the OP has neither accepted the claim of the complainant nor repudiated the same.   Therefore, we direct the OP to decide the claim of the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order failing which OP shall be liable to pay Rs.25,000/- to the complainant as penalty. In case the complainant is not satisfied with the decision of the OP he shall have the liberty to file a fresh complainant before the appropriate Forum.  The complaint accordingly stands disposed off.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
