                   Sh. Sandeep Raj, Advocate for opposite party.

                   File put up on application filed by the complainant.

Ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statement that in the present case, if complainant submits the required documents related to vehicle no. LPS4923, Make TATA Motors Ltd. bearing Regd. No. HR-63C-1622 within 30 days then the opposite party will settle the claim as per terms and conditions of the policy.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off with direction to the complainant to submit the required documents with the company. Opposite party is also directed to settle the claim of the complainant within 30 days from the date of submission of documents by the complainant. However, complainant is at liberty to file the case afresh, if not satisfied with the decision of the opposite party. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
