ORDER

 

                        The applicant-Oriental Insurance Company has moved an application for deposit of amount in terms of the orders dated 25.3.2011 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA No.47 of 2011 as the impugned order has been stayed subject to deposit of half of the total amount awarded by the District Forum with the concerned District Forum, so the draft No.011574, dated 11.4.2011 for a sum of Rs.73,474/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. Sector 17-B, Chandigarh, in the name of The President, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, U.T. Chandigarh, is  hereby deposited. The said draft be deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record.  The application stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The application be tagged with the main file.
