Final Order / Judgement

Today the case was fixed for issuing bailable warrants against DH on filing of correct address. But no correct address has been filed by JD despite several opportunities. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant/JD has stated at bar that JD is not interested for perusing the present case and he does not want to argue anymore, and he has no objection if the present execution is hereby dismissed with liberty to file fresh when address of Op is known.

In view of the oral statement made by ld. Counsel for the JD, the present execution is hereby dismissed for non-compliance.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
