Ms.Anamika Mehra, Advocate for OPs. Dated, the 18th day of March, 2011. ORDER 1. Case taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Counsel for OPs has brought a cheque of Rs.51,950/- in the name of complainant-Mansa Ram, which the latter has received and made statement, which is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Mansa Ram s/o Sh.Lal Chand, R/o H.No.276, Charan Singh Colony, Mauli Jagran, UT Chandigarh. The matter has been settled between the parties. I have received cheque No.604893, dated 18.3.2011 amounting to Rs.51,950/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. Sector 35-B, Chandigarh, in my favour, towards full and final settlement of my claim. I am fully satisfied and hence I withdraw my present complaint” 2. In view of the statement given by the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
