Mandeep Malhotra Versus The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. & Ors

Office report seen. Counsel for Complainant No.3 produced a copy of order in F.A.1394 of 2012 of Hon'ble State Commission. In view of the order of Hon'ble State Commission, the share of Complainant No.3 i.e. Tarish Malhotra kept pending in this Commission in the shape of FDR for Rs.1,14,667/-. As per the copy of Adhaar Card and copy of Birth Certificate already attached in this miscellaneous application. The Complainant No.3 has attained his maturity on 05.04.2020. The Superintendent of this Commission is hereby directed to break the FDR of Rs.1,14,667/- and payment along with accrued interest be released to the complainant No.3 against proper receipt and Indemnity Bond. File be consigned to the record room.
