ORDER

Order dated:28/03/2008 The complaint is partly allowed. The opposite party No.1 and 2 are hereby directed to pay Rs.12,303/- towards reimbursement of expenditure incurred by the complainant and to pay Rs.1,000/- towards the compensation for complainant being put to mental agony and hardship and financial loss and Rs.1,000/- towards the cost of this proceedings; to the complainant. The above order shall be complied by the opposite parties within sixty days from the date of the receipt of the order.
