Per Mr. Atul D. Alsi, Hon’ble President. 

     Complainant filed a complaint against insurance company and Agriculture Officer for the compensation under Gopinath Mundhe Shekari Insurance Scheme on 09/11/2020. The OP/Insurance Company has deposited amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lac only) through NEFT through Axis Bank UTR No. AXISCN0063025577/61-10320300125119 on dated 08/12/2020 in the complainant’s bank account. The OP No. 1 has also filed the copy of bank statement  for transfer of money on record. Therefore,  cash is deposited in the complainant’s account. The complainant filed a complaint case even after receipt of compensation amount by the insurance company. Therefore, the complainant even after receipt of compensation amount, failed to withdraw the complaint. Therefore, the complainant liable to pay Rs. 5,000/- to OP No. 1 for continuation of complaint. Hence the complaint is disposed of.
