The Decree Holder has made a statement for withdrawal of the present execution petition by submitting that he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition and permission be given to file afresh complaint. His statement has also been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the Decree Holder, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Decree Holder is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
