Both sides have jointly filed a petition stating that they have amicably settled the case and accordingly, the Insurance company has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.60,000/-(Rupees Sixty thousand) to the complainant and the complainant has agreed to accept that amount. Therefore, the case is accordingly disposed of on Compromise. The insurance company is directed to pay an amount of Rs.60,000/- to the complainant within next two months.
